Since we operate on a drop shipping model, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused and in original packaging

Return Process

  • Email us with order ID, images/video proof

  • Our team will review and guide you further

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping may be arranged based on the issue

  • In some cases, replacement or refund may be offered instead of return
